IAM are proud to use Royal Mail for postage. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of ordering and will then take 1-3 business working days depending on your chosen postage option at checkout.

All packages are insured for your benefit and ours

RETURN POLICY

We really hope you love your purchase from IAM. Although we understand sometimes things do not work out as planned and you may need an exchange or refund.

You have 28 days upon date of your purchase to return your unused items to us. Our address you can find on the contact page

 

Cancellation Right:

You have the right under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your order at any time before dispatch of the item(s) or within twenty-eight (28) working days of ordering the item(s) by following our returns’ process.

Condition of Items for Returns:

The Buyer must return the item(s) in good condition, unused and with their original packaging. IAM reserves the right to refuse or to reduce a refund on any item that is incomplete, damaged or soiled.

Returns Process:

 

The buyer resumes all responsibility​ to return their goods to the return address provided, IAM cannot be held responsible for any delays to refunds or postage issues.


Please email the business website to inform us of a return or an exchange and we will be more than happy to give any details needed.


We will process your refund/exchange within 5 business days of receiving your return.

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase unless otherwise stated by IAM

​We would advise the Buyer to return unwanted items by recorded delivery or by obtaining a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office or by any other means that shows proof of postage of the returned items. Any returns, which have not been refunded will indicate that IAM has not received the stock. For all deliveries, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the items are sufficiently insured for claim purposes. No additional charges will be covered by IAM. This does not affect your statutory rights.
 
Lost Returns:

IAM is not liable for any lost return parcels where a Certificate of Posting has not been obtained.
 
Insurance on Returns:

​Please note that it is the Buyer′s responsibility to choose the most appropriate method for returns with the appropriate insurance. IAM cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays, eg strikes, riots, war or act of God.

Next, you will be asked to enter/confirm your personal details, billing and delivery address before moving to "Review & Place Order". In "Review & Place Order", you will be able to check the information relating to the item(s) ordered, quantity, price and total.  Please note that the delivery address cannot be edited in the "My account" section for any outstanding orders. This will however change your address for future orders. To update your delivery address for any outstanding orders, please contact Customer Service (info@iamapothecary.com). We are unable to change your delivery address for any item/s which have already been shipped.
